We want you to love your soap — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. We recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
